I know the rules state English only and there is a random info announcement, however, there seems to still be an issue with some "claiming" not to speak English, therefor not understanding the rules. I know, this is not an excuse.  But can we get a player triggered chat announcement similar to !wipe, !info, etc., but with a list of multiple (common (russian, german, etc.)) languages stating chat must be English only?

One of the downsides is that they need to be able to pull this trigger, unless a chatmod for example does. it fills up the chat and worry is ppl not gonna read at all or people might think this is a non english server and leave... there fore rejecting this suggestion.
