add more items to the block such as ak and bolt for trio server

We released more items instead of blocking them as the servers are intented to be for all. Those who dont have that much time have the ability to craft weapons now and have a lower risk of losing them, WE find that looking att the last wipes we have dont this the population have not suffered from it instead we see more pvp and higher population overall.
