This feature is very P2W, this server says many times it's VIP features are not P2W but I fine this feature so. Vanilla players who don't have this feature have to sit there mining at a stone wall for minutes and minutes on end, not including if they're solo or not, wasting time that you could be doing other things like farming scrap or nodes. Meanwhile, VIPs can just type a command in use some materials and /remove it.

Acording to https://rustlabs.com/building/stone-wall it'll only take 2mins to pick out a stone wall which isn't too bad.
that is using jackhammers, which can be bought from outpost and repeaired by a workbench. In theory you'll only need 1 or 2 jackhammers to do it.

You named your suggestion Restrict /remove from vips what type of rescriction did you've in mind?

The vip Remove tool is a appreciated tool and  is blocked during combat or raid for 10 minutes. This timer resets when it gets triggered again. Making it not possible to use during combat or raid. The same goes for bgrade. Almost all items that can be picked up or removed cost resources, some more then others. 

The server is not free and takes a lot of time, energy and money to keep up. All on a voluntary basis. To provide this we relay on donations and in return you can get a vip role. We want the server to be as less p2w as possible. 

Those abusing the tool will loose their vip perks. 9 out of 10 bases that get reported are using a vanilla way of "hiding loot".
